Tbh I never found much help through these comments on how to do a full install. Trying to also find this info online is like trying to find a needle in a haystack as most guides focus on VirtualBox in OSX rather than Windows. I managed to find this INVALUABLE resource through which I have managed to install it in VirtualBox though have had some issues. It uses an older version of VirtualBox so if you get confused then try the other link at the bottom as that is very similar with a few different things added/removed. It helps to get all the tricks/info and try it all as you will encounter an issue here an there. The only issue is that they tell you to name the drive 'Yosemite Zone' but if you have a Haswell and try to trick OSX into thinking its an Ivy Bridge, the CLI command used with it will NOT work with spaces in the name.
Name the VirtualBox OS to 'Yosemite' (obviously without the apostrophes) and remember to leave out the when putting the command in as otherwise it will not work. I.e.: VBoxManage modifyvm Yosemite --cpuidset 00006a9 0000201 178bfbff You will also need to go into the 'Disk Utility' to erase the drive created (in VirtualBox) through the OSX install program FIRST and to make it show on the 'Hackintosh Zone - Yosemite Zone red icon' screen otherwise it will not install and tell you that there is not enough space. You can find this in the screenshots provided. I also recommend that you allocate 4GB to the Virtual Machine (in Graphic settings through the main VirtualBox manager screen for your particular Virtual Machine) as that's the minimum requirement for Yosemite. You also should make sure that the Graphics Memory is 128MB and not 9MB as it seemed to default to on mine.
